Welcome to https://jiffystock.com, an online multi-vendor wholesale marketplace (the “website”, “platform”) operated by USA Solutions Creation Technology, known as USASCT, a parent company of JiffyStock (the “Company”, “us”, “we”) By using or accessing the website, you agree to the terms and conditions hereafter, which govern the relationship between JiffyStock and each Buyer and Seller, as well as the relationship between Buyers and Sellers. These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check and read them regularly.
Sellers must adhere to our terms and conditions and in addition, have their own terms and conditions. Before making any purchase, please read the Terms & Conditions on the Seller’s profile page, which can be accessed by clicking on their name on the product page.
You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Marketplace through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions and that they comply with them.
The company provides a platform for the primary purpose of enabling Buyers to interact and transact with Sellers through the website and its services.
1. Terms and conditions for using the platform
1.1 Registration
By registering for an account, listing, selling or buying on the website you confirm that you have understood and accepted https://jiffystock.com’s terms and conditions.
You warrant that the information you have supplied as part of the registration process is accurate and that you will notify us of any changes. You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential.
Unless agreed by us in writing, all users of the website are limited to one account.
We reserve the right to reject any registration and refuse the use of the platform for any reason, at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration

Jiffystock is a sub-brand of parent company – USA Solution Creators LLC whose registered business address is at 30 N Gould St STE 24483, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Registered with Wyoming Secretary of State under the filing id number 2022-001075202.
Jiffystock is a global B2B wholesale marketplace. It is a platform solution by USA Solutions Creation Technology that takes the B2B trade to the next phase. Our platform allows wholesale retailers, manufacturers, and other businesses to list and trade their services on our platform.
We provide a platform for the primary purpose of enabling Buyers and Sellers to interact and transact through the website and its services.
When a Buyer purchases from a Seller, a legally binding contract is formed between these parties. For the avoidance of doubt, by accepting JiffyStock terms and conditions, the Buyer will also be accepting the Seller’s terms and conditions.
JiffyStock is not a party to the transaction and shall not bear any express or implied liabilities related to the items sold online. We do not possess, check or act as caretakers of any items that are sold by Sellers at any time.
1.3 Conduct and behaviour
You may only use the website and its services for its primary purpose.
In your interactions, you must at all times remain courteous and polite and not use any nicknames, comments, product descriptions or messages that are obscene, discriminatory, offensive or discourteous.
You are responsible for all data transferred from your systems to our website and services and shall bear all liabilities in any way connected to such data and content.
You must not:
- Use JiffyStock’s website or any of its services for any unlawful activity;
- Do anything that causes damage or disruption to the website or its services;
- Send malicious information to any party using our services (including viruses, Trojans, adwares, worms, spam);
- Use the website or services for commercial solicitation, or use any data obtained from or via our website without our prior consent;
- Transfer your account to another party without our prior consent;
- Provide us with false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- Attempt to manipulate transactions or tamper with the website in any way.
1.4 Use of data
In the course of our operation, we collect data from Buyers and Sellers. You accept that your personal data may be shared between Buyers and Sellers for the sole purpose of facilitating the sale, purchase and fulfilment of orders on the website as per our Privacy Policy.
Sellers agree to fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and use Buyers’ information solely for the purpose of completing transactions and not store Buyers’ data subsequently or pass it on to third parties.

1.5 Disclaimer of warranties
We do not represent or warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from third-party attacks or otherwise available at all times to meet your requirements.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. HTTPS://JIFFYSTOCK.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL BE AS REPRESENTED BY SELLERS, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF LISTING, COMPLIANT WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS, FREE FROM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT SELLERS AND BUYERS WILL PERFORM AS THEY HAVE AGREED.
Sellers who provide product data and make products available for sale through the JiffyStock website shall be bound by our terms and conditions in addition to their own. Any representations and/or warranties regarding their products shall be solely binding upon them.
Where a dispute arises between, or out of Buyers and Sellers’ activity on the website, each party expressly agrees to waive any subsidiary or recourse claims against JiffyStock and further agrees to hold JiffyStock harmless from any claims that may be in any way connected with such dispute.
1.6 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, JIFFYSTOCK EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA AND ANY CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, CLAIMS OR REMEDIES IN TORT, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM ITS NEGLIGENCE.
1.7 Force Majeure
Neither we nor the Sellers will be obliged to fulfil the responsibilities detailed in the terms and conditions in circumstances beyond reasonable control. These include but are not limited to earthquakes, floods, fire, plague or other natural disasters, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, war, strikes, nuclear or chemical contamination, failure of public infrastructure, national emergency, including weather or acts of God. Duties and obligations will be postponed for the period of the Force Majeure.
1.8 Communication
Visiting the Website, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.
You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to the electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Website. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
2. Seller terms and conditions
2.1 Conditions of sale
In order to ensure that the platform promises to buyers are maintained, conditions applicable for Sellers to be able to sell on the platform may vary from time to time. These are specified as part of the Seller registration process. By registering and listing products for sale on the platform you agree that you and your products comply with the criteria to sell on the platform.
2.2 Listing
By uploading products and listing quantities for sale on the platform you agree that you are legally entitled to sell the products listed and that the descriptions are accurate, not ambiguous or misleading, and that the items are in fact available for delivery to all Buyers.
It is your responsibility to ensure the sale and distribution of items are not in breach of any applicable laws and that no regulatory restrictions or specific duties apply to such items. JiffyStock shall is not responsible for verifying your right to list and sell products, or whether the sale of such products is prohibited or deemed illegal. JiffyStock reserves the right to remove your listings, without prior notice to the Seller, any product whose sale becomes illegal or controversial.
You must ensure your product listed:
- do not infringe any third party intellectual property and you have all necessary licences or approvals in order to sell your products to the Buyers on the website.
By listing a product for sale at a price you agree that you will supply the product at that price to Buyers. The price listed must include all applicable taxes. Postage costs can be charged in addition per shipment and should include costs to ship to anywhere worldwide.
We reserve the right to terminate any listings that are in breach of our terms and conditions and remove any products at our reasonable discretion.
2.3 Warranties
You must provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding all products listed, as well as all consumer statutory rights and warranties, whether express or implied, which shall solely be borne by you.
YOU ACCEPT TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS’ QUALITY, FEATURES, SAFETY, ADEQUATE PACKAGING, NAMES, MARKS, STANDARD LABELS AND ANY PRODUCT RELATED INFORMATION THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OR EXPECTED BY CUSTOMERS. ANY DISCLAIMERS, NOTICES, WARNINGS OR PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS MUST BE CLEARLY STATED.
You undertake to address any issues raised by buyers, including, but not limited to, complaints and refunds in a timely and effective manner.
2.4 Intellectual property
By listing on the website, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to exercise all copyright, database rights and rights of publicity over the material displayed in your product information and listings that you provide to us in any existing media now or in the future.
2.5 Orders – Shipping
You are responsible for all risk and liability related to supplying the order to buyers and must endeavour to dispatch the item in a timely manner with a speed of dispatch at least as favourable as your declared dispatch time during your account registration process. Sellers and buyers may choose the most convenient method of shipping for themselves. All the shipping companies that want to list on our platform will be shown in the logistics section.
JiffyStock strongly advises Sellers to obtain and maintain shipment insurance. JiffyStock is not responsible for any delays in delivery. It is the Seller’s responsibility to print, scan, and package the goods in a way that prevents damage. It is the Seller’s responsibility if a package is lost or a claim needs to be filed.
2.6 Payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected.
Our Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or JiffyStock cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or via email at support@jiffystock.com by contacting the customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide JiffyStock with accurate and complete billing information that may include but is not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize JiffyStock to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, JiffyStock reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.
All monthly payments billed will not be refunded if you decide to cancel mid-month and the same goes for annual if you cancel mid-year there will not be any refund and the subscription will be alive for the remaining contract period.
2.7 Sales and refunds
Orders you receive on the website must only be paid by the Buyer through the website’s Stripe API payment facility. You must reply to Buyers’ queries within 2 working days max.
Buyers will be entitled to return any products that fail to meet specifications. The Seller is responsible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds for defective items or mis-shipment. The Seller is required to cover any return costs or to ask the buyer to cover the costs of return.
JiffyStock will not be liable for any such costs. If requested, JiffyStock may assist with customer service. JiffyStock cannot accept any product; all orders must be returned to the Seller. Any refunds to the Buyer will amount to the price of the item plus shipping costs.
2.8 VAT
It is your responsibility to ensure your products listed include all applicable taxes to deliver goods to Buyers, including customs and excise duty, VAT and any other applicable taxes. You are responsible for accounting for all taxes due relating to the sale of your products on our website.
2.9 Fee Changes
JiffyStock in its sole discretion and at any time may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. JiffyStock will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
2.10 Customer communication
You may not directly communicate with or target marketing (including any statements of your own company website domain) at any customers of https://jiffystock.com, via any means, except for responding to direct messages regarding product queries or orders via our platform. This includes but is not limited to: promotional leaflets in packaging, promotional emails, including email signatures or footers with marketing messages, and order acknowledgement or dispatches of emails.
2.11 Termination
We will monitor Sellers’ performance very closely and may reasonably request further information about you or your business activities from time to time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to provide us with such information, or if your business conduct or use of the service is detrimental to the quality of the platform in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, disputes, claims, reversals, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties and other liability or otherwise harmful to our business operation or abusive to Buyers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are in breach of the terms and conditions without notice.
3. Buyer terms and conditions
3.1 Purchase
To make a purchase from the website you must register for an account as a Buyer. Your use of the website implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
Buyers can use our platform to place orders for Sellers’ products (each a “Purchase”). The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell by any Seller. For any reason, Sellers reserve the right to refuse service to any Buyer or to cancel an order. Prior to accepting an order, verification of information may be required. Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Buyer acknowledges that by placing an order through the platform, they are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to pay all charges incurred by them or on their behalf through the Website at the price(s) in effect at the time such charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. Furthermore, any taxes that may be applicable to your Purchases remain your responsibility. The price of the product(s) will be added to any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product (s).
The presence of certain products on the Website does not imply or guarantee that they will be available. Sellers reserve the right to change or discontinue product offerings at any time and without notice. Sellers and JiffyStock also reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased, as well as to change, suspend, or cancel an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged).
Sellers deliver products to Buyers through reputable third-party carriers. All shipping costs are the responsibility of both Seller/buyer. JiffyStock is not responsible for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages) incurred as a result of a Seller’s failure to deliver or delay in delivering products purchased through the platform.
When the Seller delivers the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer.
Purchases you make from a Seller on the website must only be paid through the website’s Stripe payment facility. When you place an order, you authorise us to take payment for the purchase price and are deemed to transact subject to the Seller’s terms and conditions. An order is deemed to be accepted by the Seller when you receive an email confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
JiffyStock allows sellers to offer their products and accept cryptocurrency payment methods in exchange for goods or services they sell to their customers. JiffyStock is not a cryptocurrency exchange, and its Acceptance Services do not include cryptocurrency custody. A digital wallet is required for both Buyers sending bitcoin payments and merchants receiving cryptocurrency settlements. A digital wallet is a software that allows a user to keep encrypted private keys that are used to sign transactions and gain access to funds.
JiffyStock is not responsible for, and cannot assist with the recovery of, cryptocurrency funds lost by a Merchant/Seller or Buyer if a wallet is compromised, such as through the loss of or unauthorised access to private keys, the accidental sharing of a backup, a bug in the user’s device or wallet software, or a malicious attack on the wallet software.
It is up to you and the Seller to determine how to handle any queries or potential claims if the Sellers’ account balance is resolved to a wallet that becomes compromised or inaccessible, or if a Buyer’s wallet becomes compromised or inaccessible. JiffyStock and Parent Company USA Solutions Creation Technology (USASCT) are not involved in the resolution of such situations.
3.2 Submissions
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site (“Submissions”) provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.
You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions
3.3 Third-party links
From time to time, as part of your use of the JiffyStock platform, you may be able to purchase goods from a third party as a result of clicking a link to a site operated by a third party through our website. Any contract you enter into for the purchase of goods from a third party shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party supplier. We have no liability to you in respect of any third party goods (or similar) purchased by you from a third party as a result of your use of the JiffyStock website.
As JiffyStock may contain links to sites operated by third parties, we have not reviewed and do not review such sites and are not responsible for the content of nor accept any liability howsoever arising in respect of any of such sites.
The presence of links to third party sites is not intended to and shall not constitute a recommendation by us of such sites nor of any goods, services, content, advice or information posted on them.
3.4 Limitation of liability
JIFFYSTOCK DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SELLERS AND OTHER PRODUCT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. JIFFYSTOCK SHALL NOT BEAR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY USE, CONTINUED USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE.
In no event shall JiffyStock be held liable for online advertisements, editorial features or recommendations about particular products or services that may be suggested for particular purposes or expectations. No such representations or recommendations that may be displayed on the JiffyStock website should serve as a substitute for professional advice.
You should not rely solely on the information presented on the website. We recommend that you contact the Seller directly in case you have a specific concern or question regarding a product.
3.6 Return/Refunds
Any requests for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for defective items or mis-shipment should be submitted directly to the Seller. The Seller is accountable and responsible for the acceptance of such requests (this includes any limitations imposed on such acceptance).
The Seller will then give you information on how to return your item, and after it has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, in which case the Seller will reimburse the return costs and any standard shipping expenses you paid to receive your product will be included in your refund.
You should ensure that the returned goods are properly packaged so that they get to the Seller in good condition. Please contact the Seller if you have any additional questions about returns, refunds, or cancellations. JiffyStock cannot accept any product; all orders must be returned to the Seller.
The Seller has the right to decline or cancel any orders placed where prices or information appear to be incorrect, due to typographical error or otherwise, whether or not the order has been confirmed. In case such cancellation occurs after your credit card was charged, The Seller will issue an immediate and full refund for the transaction amount to the payment method used.
3.4 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are in breach of the terms and conditions without notice.
4 No partnership or agency
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between the parties.
5 Disputes
Whilst we are not a party to the transaction, we may try to help users resolve disputes.
Where a Buyer and Seller are unable to resolve a dispute resulting from a transaction that occurred on the platform, they may resort to us by contacting us at support@jiffystock.com or via the contact form on our website.
For the avoidance of doubt, we have no obligation to resolve disputes and will consider doing so at our sole discretion and based solely on our policies.
You release JiffyStock (and JiffyStock’s directors, officers, employees and representatives) from any and all claims, demands, damages, including consequential loss of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between Buyers and Sellers or external parties.
6 Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any matters arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
